Approvals

Indie can draft overnight. Anything that sends, posts, replies, publishes, or comments waits in Approvals until one teammate approves it. That approval runs the task. A second person is not required.

Who can approve

• —Founders, managers, and operators can approve.
• —Admins can approve.
• —Viewers cannot approve unless Approve is turned on for them.

The same rule applies in the approvals tab, in chat, and on the post calendar. One approval sends the exact text on the card.

What waits

• —Slack, Discord, email sends, and X posts.
• —Scheduled posts. Editing the copy or the time cancels a stale approval.
• —Repository writes and other external changes from a connected app.

A draft reply is only a draft. It does not send. Choosing Allow all tools on an app does not skip this queue, and it does not turn Disabled tools back on.

If it does not run

Approve again if the card says the approval did not finish. Disconnecting an app in Apps & integrations stops later use of that connection. It does not undo an action that already ran.
