# Indieterminal terms of service

These terms govern use of Indieterminal at https://indieterminal.com — the Founder OS command center, company brain, connectors, and related services.

You must be able to form a contract. If you use Indieterminal on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Connector credentials are secret; you are responsible for use under your account. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access that threatens other customers or the integrity of citations.

Agent outputs that mention competitor revenue are not investment advice. Pipeline outputs wait for human approval before external side effects.
