# Contact Indie Terminal

Reach the Indie Terminal team for product support, billing, partnerships, and developer API questions. We reply from human inboxes — not an unattended bot.

## How to reach us

Email hi@indieterminal.com for product questions, account access, billing receipts, and privacy requests. Include the email on your Indie Terminal account so we can find the workspace. We aim to reply within two business days.

For connector or REST API issues, say whether you are using a test key (it_test_) or a live key (it_live_), and include the request path, HTTP status, and the error.code from the JSON body. Do not paste secret key material.

## Which address to use

hi@indieterminal.com is the public contact for customers and press. Partnership and advertising inquiries can use the same address with a clear subject line, or apply at /advertise if you want a sponsored slot in the product.

We do not publish a phone tree. Email is the system of record so we can keep a written trail next to your workspace. Security reports should go to hi@indieterminal.com with the subject line Security.

## API and agents

Start with the Indie Terminal OpenAPI description at /openapi.json, the CLI at /cli, and the API reference at /docs/api-reference.md. Keys are minted in-app at /api-keys. The public discovery document is GET /api/v1 (no auth).

If you are an agent, read /llms.txt and /agent.md first. Unknown URLs return HTTP 404 with pointers back to the sitemap and docs — they do not render the signed-out app shell.
